By submitting a proposal, you are indicating agreement of the following terms and conditions:

• I obtained all necessary rights for use of the idea and materials for this proposal. Neither my idea or my proposal infringes on any third party’s rights.
• I hereby license to Pathway 2 Tomorrow: Local Visions for America’s Future the right to use and share the proposal submission in its entirety through the selection process. This means we may disclose information submitted in your proposal to our review panelists and other initiative partners to determine selection for advancement.
• If my proposal is selected for advancement to the next round, I agree to work with the initiative to further develop the concept into a comprehensive policy paper for inclusion in the policy catalog.
• I understand that the idea submitted as a proposal may need to be tweaked or fleshed out in a subsequent phase in order to be accepted as part of the final policy catalog.
• I agree to have my policy paper published if it is included in the final policy catalog and acknowledge that I have obtained all the necessary rights for publication.
• P2T will make all determinations related to late-entries.
• P2T assumes no responsibility for your cost to submit a proposal.
